One of Florida’s most photogenic cities, Tampa’s vast array of architecture, pristine water, and local culture makes it a dynamic place to live.
Experience a piece of paradise
Home to the world’s longest, continuous sidewalk, Bayshore Boulevard stretches over 4.5 miles. Recognized as the city’s most distinctive feature, Bayshore runs from just north of MacDill Air Force Base to downtown Tampa along Hillsborough Bay.
The path winds past some of Tampa’s most charming and sought-after neighborhoods, including some of our homes for sale in Hyde Park. With exquisite views of the city on one side and the spectacular bay on the other side, photos catch a glimpse of the essence of Tampa. Capture the panoramic scenery that showcases the best of Florida living from any angle along Bayshore Boulevard.
Soak in the natural elements
Picnic Island Park offers expansive views of Old Tampa Bay where you can watch the rolling waves and drifting sailboats. Off in the distance, find Tampa’s MacDill Air Force Base – home to the U.S. Central Command.
With our new homes for sale in South Tampa, you will be less than 10 minutes away from this neighborhood gem. Though not as well-known as other waterfront parks in Tampa, Picnic Island Park features an extensive beach, boat ramp, fishing pier, playgrounds, and many other areas to soak in the sun. Best yet, bring your furry friend out to the dog beach and take a snapshot playing fetch and exploring around.
Enjoy an unforgettable event
Annually hosting more than 150 events per year, Tampa’s premier entertainment venue Amalie Arena, captures the spirit of concerts, hockey games, arena football, and everything in-between.
A hotspot for photo ops with friends, any seat in Amalie Arena puts you directly in the action. A fan favorite for unique photos – the digital pipe organ – is a signature centerpiece that rattles the Terrace Level bar and surrounding area.
For an unobstructed view of downtown Tampa, head outside to the Bud Light party deck for some of the best seats in the house.
Take a trip on the wild side
Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo has been recognized as one of the most popular zoos in the southeastern U.S.; and it neighbors our new homes in Seminole Heights.
Housing more than 1,200 animals, the Zoo emphasizes endangered, threatened, and vulnerable species from climates similar to that of the Tampa Bay region. The numerous exhibits offer authentic artifacts, videos, and behind-the-scene tours.
Snap pictures and video of conservation at work as animal care staff treat sick, injured, and orphaned manatees. Underwater viewing windows allow individuals to come nose-to-nose with these gentle giants as they nibble on lettuce and swim around.
Discover history and cultural influences
A National Historic Landmark District, Ybor City’s revival added numerous shops, galleries, restaurants, and cafes to the area.
Old-world charm meets a touch of contemporary down Seventh Avenue, known as “La Septima,” featuring some of the district’s most picturesque, historical buildings. Also nearby, Florida’s oldest and the nation’s largest Spanish restaurant – Columbia Restaurant – known for its famous Spanish cuisine, dinner shows, and architectural charm.
After the sun goes down, embrace Ybor City’s vibrant nightlife from dining to dancing; and it’s right down the road from our new homes in Tampa Heights and Riverside Heights.
