The Burts Family

Alike minds think great. Quinton and his twin sister both joined the military and serve at MacDill Air Force Base. They also rent an apartment together. One day his sister visited the Urban 360º Sales Center. Juan showed her the model, floor plans, and low prices. He also mentioned that she and her brother might qualify for the loan assistance program with the City of Tampa.

After the visit, she suggested to Quinton that they use a VA loan to buy a home instead of paying rent. Quinton had to admit that his twin had a really good idea … crazy… but good. He said he, yes, and they started the process.

At 21 years old, the twins were some of the youngest students at that First Time Homebuyer Education Course that’s required for the loan assistance. Meantime, they selected the lot and the floor plan. His sister went to the Dream Center and chose the finishings and fixtures with the help of a professional designer. Barely old enough to order a drink in a bar, the twins will soon own a brand new four-bedroom home with two-and-a-half baths. Quinton is excited about reaching this milestone so early in his life.
