Enclave at Lake Seminole Dusty Shoe Walk: a very constructive event for Tampa Bay Realtors | New Homes In Seminole
What do you do to show off your new homes in Seminole when it is still under construction? Give them hard hats, of course. Oh yeah… and feed them well.
This week we had a blast hosting a group of enthusiastic, adventurous real estate agents and brokers who participated in our “Dusty Shoe Walk” at the Enclave at Lake Seminole. The by invitation event featured home tours with our VP of Sales and Marketing Francine Miller, an informational session by our COO Kevin Robles, and a delicious lunch from Mazzaro’s. Our COO Kevin Robles did a great job of summarizing our feelings about the Enclave when he said, “Opportunities like this just don’t come along everyday.”
The Enclave at Lake Seminole is a gated community located just a couple miles from Madeira Beach. It features 15 impressive homesites that each have access to a private, community boat ramp and pier. The Enclave is situated on beautiful Lake Seminole that is known for great boating, fishing, and year-round water sports. The schools are A-rated and you are in very close proximity to a wide range of eateries and entertainment venues.
We have four homes currently under construction with a couple of homesites already spoken for. Once they donned their awesome new Domain Homes headwear, our Realtor partners were able to tour the first four homes. Even though it was called a Dusty Shoe Walk, the agents commented on how clean the active construction sites were — a credit to our Pinellas Construction Manager Craig Perry.
