I felt that working with Domain Homes was a sound decision based on a little research, reputation, and Lydia, the sales consultant. She was friendly, open, and knew South Tampa well. I can’t even begin to say how happy we are. The house has charm but all of the conveniences of a new home. The home was within our budget and had a great floor plan. I have seen faces of friends who have been by for a visit light up at how charming and cute the house is, which is exactly how I feel. I smile when I walk through the door, since I did not think that we would be able to find such a charmer in South Tampa. So we feel very blessed to be sure.
