Three Things You Need to Know about Pinellas Park
Pinellas Park is the central city of Pinellas County, Florida. It’s not on Tampa Bay and it’s not on the Gulf. It doesn’t have any big tourist attractions, amusement parks, or swanky resorts, yet nearly 50,000 Floridians call Pinellas Park home.
Did you know that at the beginning of this year, Domain Homes began building and selling new homes in Pinellas Park? Tucked away in a quiet residential area of Pinellas Park, Domain Homes is currently building four brand new homes in the mid $250’s price range. One is sold already but three are still available, two of which will be ready for year-end closings. The house plan for these new homes in Pinellas Park has been extremely popular in both Tampa and St. Pete. Check out the Dunlin II house plan in the Home Collection section of our site at DomainHomes.com or give us a call at (813) 413-4154 for more info on these homes. Mention this blog and we’ll give you $500 towards options when you buy a Domain Home.
