Chrystian works nights at the Pinellas County Water Treatment Plant and disliked the long commutes in the dark from his current home. Fortunately for him, his mom was looking out for his best interests.

She lives across the street from the Urban 360°º Sales Center, and she told him to take a look.

Chrystian was skeptical, but went anyway. When Juan told him that he could qualify for a new home in the neighborhood where his mom lives, he didn’t believe him. But, he played along. He picked out the lot, the floor plan, and signed the contract. During the entire process, he wasn’t excited because he didn’t believe it would actually happen. In fact, reality didn’t sink in until the closing.

Now he — and his dogs — are really excited. His shorter commute gives him more time to walk his dogs around the community and meet new neighbors. He also has more time to spend with his mom. He enjoys riding his scooter to Ybor City and being close to downtown. A beach-lover at heart, he’s delighted to be only 25 minutes from the shore.
