After little success, Ellis suggested they check out Urban 360°º. They already loved the East Tampa neighborhood, and were often there for work, school activities, or to visit friends.
Tiara was uncertain about Urban 360°º. She thought the houses looked too nice and would be out of their price range. At the Sales Center Juan showed them the model, the floor plans, and prices. He took them to homes in different phases of construction so that they could see the quality. Then Juan printed out a map with the lots that were available.
Ellis and Tiara drove around and looked lots. One was across the street from Tiara’s job at Head Start, and that’s the one they chose. They signed a contract just a week after their first visit.
The entire family is excited about the move, especially Tiara. Not only will this busy mother be able to sleep a little longer, mornings will be less stressful getting herself and the kids up and out the door.
