Step 1: Preapproval
Get pre-qualified by a preferred lender for the mortgage option of your choice. We offer many financing options and we also accept cash transactions.
Step 2: Costs to consider
You’ll be responsible for a down payment, closing costs, third-party inspectors and ongoing costs such as principal and interest, insurance, property taxes, private mortgage insurance and flood insurance where applicable.
Step 3: Closing
